Baseline Desk Study on Policy Directions and Development Models through Vietnam’s Constitutions

This report analyses prominent features of policy directions and development models as evidenced by five Vietnam’s Constitutions (1946, 1959, 1980, 1992, 2013) with a focus on the current one (the 2013 Constitution), thus providing recommendations to programs of Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung (RLS) in Vietnam during the period of 2015-2020.

Rethinking transformation: Comparative perspectives from the Global South

To discuss and exchange about alternatives to development and to share the transformation experiences from other countries of the Global South, the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung Southeast Asia (RLS SEA) and the Local Resource Centre Myanmar (LRC) jointly organized a conference in Yangon and Mandalay on 27^th – 28^th May resp. 29^th May 2014.
