Our Team

Committed to a Better Future for All

The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung established its first contacts in Vietnam in 2003. The representative office in Hanoi was established six years later in 2009. Currently the office has 12 staff members, a number of interns, and is headed by Philip Degenhardt. The activities of the Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung Southeast Asia are funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). To find out more about our work in Germany and abroad, please take a look at the links provided at the bottom of the page. You can also find information on the German left party Die Linke, as well as on Rosa Luxemburg, the socialist writer and politician after whom our foundation is named.
